I went to Ulta last night and all you girls now you can’t go in there without buying something. I never tried NYX before until yesterday. My mom had bought the hot pink matte lip cream and I decided to try it out, since I don’t really wear colored lip sticks. But I was amazed at this product! So I went and bought another one because I’m now hooked on these.
They are highly pigmented! “Neither lipstick nor lip gloss, this matte lip cream is a new kind of lip color that goes on silky smooth and sets to a matte finish. Soft Matte Lip Cream is surprisingly durable and, unlike some matte lipstick formulas, also moisturizing.” And boy is that true..I had that color on alll day and night yesterday and it didn’t dry out my lips or crease or even fade! Almost every single lip product I wear makes my lips peel, not this one and that’s why I’m so shocked. I must say these little guys are a cheaper better version of the Anastasia liquid lipsticks. They are a hell of a lot easier to apply, they smell like cake, and they feel nice on the lips. The two colors I have are Addis Ababa which is the hot pink & Tokyo which is a gorgeous peachy coral color. Perfect for summer. I love shadow sticks, I think they are perfect for when you don’t want to spend too much time getting ready. They are quick to apply and you still look glamorous! I picked up the color Pots & Pans which is the silver shade, and Yogurt which is this amazing pink champagne color. These shadow sticks are very creamy, and double as an eyeliner also. I think shadow sticks are great for the summer, because they don’t fade and its quick and easy to apply. http://www.nyxcosmetics.com/p-6-jumbo-eye-pencil.aspx

So how I store my makeup is in a traveling caboodle case, it’s easy to travel with because you just grab it and go. As an early birthday gift my grandma bought me a new one, because my old one is not as big as I want it. With a bigger one I can fit eye shadow palettes, and my brushes with still more room to spare. Most of the cases I’ve seen are over $100, for me that’s not realistic unless I was a makeup artist, but I’m not haha. This bad ass case was only $45 which is totally reasonable for such a big sturdy case. I’m obsessed with it, and I love the black diamond texture.
